Test prep Operator Job Description
The Job Center is hiring 1st Shift Test prep Operator in Lewisville for temp to hire job opening. Great environment and great company to work for!
Compensation of Test prep Operator:
- 1st Shift Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm
- $16.50 an hour
- Unlimited Referral Bonus for anyone NEW that comes to apply and works 200 hours.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the STB test equipment (CMTx, Raptor, GEN) to meet or exceed daily production goal at 90% or higher.
- Verify incoming and outgoing unit counts and unit condition.
- Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels.
- Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production.
- Ability to interpret and execute testing process as outlined in Test Work Instructions
- Data entry to CTDI systems via PC and RF handheld devices.
- Perform tasks in a high speed, high volume environment.
- Put away and pull equipment and/or parts.
- Maintain and clean, organized workstation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on capability to troubleshoot technical problems as necessary
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to operate a PC and input data.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and also within a team.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus.
Requirements of Tester Operator:
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must read and write English
- Must have 2 years warehouse experience.
Stop into the office located at 3328 Harwood Rd, Bedford, TX 76021 anytime Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 p.m. Closed Noon – 1pm for lunch.
