Center Walk-In

Every candidate starts by physically visiting one of our 21 hiring centers across 11 states.

This important first step shows genuine interest and readiness to work—no anonymous online applications here.

Sign In

Upon arrival, candidates use a tablet to sign in and begin the registration process.

They then interact with our chatbot, which immediately feeds into our system (Avionté BOLD), giving our recruiters instant access to candidate profiles.

Application

Candidates complete a general application, providing the critical information we need to start matching them with the right opportunities.

This ensures every candidate is documented, tracked, and ready for next steps.

Mobile Onboarding

Once cleared, candidates receive a mobile onboarding packet that covers W4 and state-specific tax documents, personal information forms, compliance documentation, direct deposit setup, WOTC, Essential Staff Care enrollment, and the arbitration agreement.

Mobile onboarding lets candidates complete everything easily, keeping the process fast and seamless for you.

Compliance & Screening

We believe in protecting our clients by ensuring every candidate meets strict compliance standards. Before placement, candidates complete a 10-panel drug screen, background check, I-9 verification,
and E-Verify screening.

Interview Process

Every candidate sits down with a recruiter for a face-to-face interview.

Here, we assess work history, skill sets, career goals, and fit for open roles. Our priority is finding the right people for the right environments.
