We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators / Forklift Drivers for a Direct hire position in Shepherdsville, KY.

$500 Sign on Bonus!!!

Pay & Shifts

  • 20.50 to 21.50

  • Day Shift A: Sun–Tues + every other Sat (Work 15 days out of the month)

  • Day Shift B: Wed–Fri + every other Sat (Work 15 days out of the month)

  • 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Reach Truck/Stand-Up Forklift

  • Pick orders and move inventory

  • Load/unload pallets

  • Perform general warehouse and material handling duties

  • Maintain productivity and follow safety procedures

Requirements

  • 6 months minumum experience on Reach Truck or Forklift experience REQUIRED

  • Warehouse/distribution experience preferred

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Ability to stand, lift, and work 10–12 hour shifts

  • Strong attention to safety and detail
