The Job Center is now hiring Pickers in the Fairfield Area!
Compensation of Pickers:
- 1st Shift: $16 per hour
- 6:30am-3pm Monday-Friday (May have Mandatory Overtime)
- Paid weekly on Fridays
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
Responsibilities of Pickers:
- Use an RF scanner to scan and confirm products and orders.
- Follow pick-to-light signals to identify which baskets and items need to be picked.
- Accurately pick products from designated baskets.
- Place picked items onto the assembly/conveyor line.
- Maintain accurate picking and order fulfillment.
- Inspect products for accuracy and quality before placing them on the line.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements of Picker:
- Ability to lift up to 35-50lbs consistently. Requires repetitive motions for entire shift
- Ability to stand and walk throughout 8-12 hour shift.
- Steel Toes shoes required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
