Batch Room Cook – 1st Shift
 
The Job Center is now hiring Batch Room Cook in Baxters Batch Room. This is a military food assembly company. Currently hiring full time employees for 1st Shift!
Compensation of Batch Room Cook:
  • 1st Shift: $17.25 per hour
  • Paid Weekly on Fridays
  • Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
 
Schedule of Batch Room Cook:
  • 1st Shift: 4:30 am – EOP pm Mon-Fri, some Saturdays and Sundays
  • 1st Day ONLY: 6:30 am start – EOP
  • Overtime Voluntary/Some Mandatory
  • Subject to Change since its based on production
 
Responsibilities of Batch Room Cook:
  • Allergen control: understands the process for controlling allergens in the Batchroom. Handling raw product. Understand allergen tool color-code. know how to read product code
 
Requirements of Batch Room Cook:
  • No Felonies in the Past 5 Years
  • Attention to detail
  • May need to lift up to 60-75 lbs
  • Pushing and Pulling 100+ lbs
  • Read, write, and speak English
  • Preferred packing experience
