General Labor – 1st Shift
 
The Job Center is now hiring General Labor in Baxters Pack/Fill Room. This is a military food assembly company. Currently hiring full time employees for 1st Shift!
Compensation of General Labor:
  • 1st Shift: $15.00 per hour
  • Paid Weekly on Fridays
  • Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
 
Schedule of General Labor:
  • 1st Shift: 6:15 am – EOP pm Mon-Fri, some Saturdays and Sundays
  • Overtime Voluntary/Some Mandatory
  • Subject to Change since its based on production
 
Responsibilities of General Labor:
  • Filling, packing, stacking boxes w/ product. Sorting, bagging, sealing, checking for defects
 
Requirements of General Labor:
  • No Felonies in the Past 5 Years
  • Attention to detail
  • Steel Toe Boots
  • Preferred packing experience
  • General Manufactory Practices: NO NAILS, NO POLISH /LASHES/PIERCINGS etc. REGARDLESS OF MASK) No water on lines. No tank tops, muscle shirts, no shorts, no ankles showing, No shaggy pants, no jeans with holes/ripped jeans.
