What is the Job Center? We are a light industrial staffing company that is dedicated to changing lives! We connect you with companies that are ready to hire. Whether you are looking for warehouse, distribution, forklift, or other general labor positions, we are here to help you find a job where you can make an impact. What does it cost me?

As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. Lead 3rd Shift
The Job Center Staffing is hiring experienced Lead on 3rd t shift in the Hebron, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement! Must provide updated resume and ability to interview.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Lead
• $21.00 PH
• 3rd 7p-5:30a Sunday – Wednesday
• Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
• Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year.
• Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus
Responsibilities of Lead
• Communicate and train employees
• Promote a positive team-oriented environment and lead by example.
• Delegate and assign work to team members.
• Assist with problems/issues with orders and find quick resolution.
• Communicate effectively using encouragement, active listening and coaching.

Requirements of Lead
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in a quality, lead, or training role
• Microsoft Excel, Word experience
• Sharp attention to detail
• Basic Math Skills
• Reliable transportation
• Bending, twisting and lifting
