Shift Lead
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for a shift lead/supervisor! 
1st Shift Full time in the Hebron, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire
placement!
Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Shift Lead:
– $17/hr 
– 6 AM – 6 PM Sunday to Tuesday with alternating Wednesdays or 6 AM – 6 PM Thursday to Saturday with alternating Wednesdays
– Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
– Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
– Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus
Responsibilities of Shift Lead:
-Lead the 1st Shift weekend team to reach distribution goals and requirements.
– Picking product distributed by the warehouse
– Must be able to also drive sit-down forklift to pick and transport product.
– Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
Requirements of Shift Lead:
– Sit-down Forklift experience
– General computer knowledge and proficiency
– Sporadic lifting up to 30 lbs.
– Interview required
