As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. We are hiring for Extrusion Operator

The Job Center Staffing is hiring for 2nd shift for Extrusion Operator in West Chester. This is a great opportunity for Temp to Hire.

Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Extrusion Operator

Hourly wage: $18-21
Shift: Monday- Friday 4pm-12am
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities of Extrusion Operator

Must be able to operate machinery and forklift in compliance with safety standards.
Monitors machine speed and performs quality checks on finished wire
Reads computer run schedules and logs production/downtime in the OHM system
Maintains housekeeping and safe work practices in assigned work area

Requirements for Extrusion Operator

Experience with machine setup and operation in a manufacturing environment
Ability to follow production schedules and quality standards
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pulling, bending, and reaching
Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and teamwork skills

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
