Electronics Repair Technician – 2nd Shift

📍 Location: Tolleson, AZ
💰 Pay: $19.67–$22.00/hr, based on experience
🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
⏰ Overtime: May be required based on business needs

Job Summary
We're hiring an Electronics Repair Technician to test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic components in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What You'll Do
  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronics down to the component level
  • Read and interpret electronic schematics
  • Use oscilloscopes, signal generators, and voltmeters
  • Perform SMT and through-hole soldering/de-soldering
  • Diagnose electronic failures and complete repair orders
  • Handle hard drives while following ESD procedures
  • Enter repair and testing information accurately into computer systems
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree in Electronics OR equivalent electronics repair experience
  • Experience with electronic testing equipment
  • Component-level troubleshooting experience
  • SMT and through-hole soldering skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
Technical aptitude testing may be required.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, and pull
  • Work in a warehouse environment
