Welding
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 2nd Shift for Welding in the Fairfield, OH area.  This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement! 
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Welding
  • $15.98/hr pay Offers an attendance bonus if eligible  
  • Monday – Thursday 6:15pm-5am  OT Saturdays may be mandatory 
  • Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO 
  • Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities for Welding 
  • Organize and manage welding department inventory
  • Walk the production area to locate and move parts
  • Stock automotive and welding parts in correct locations
  • Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
  • Keep work area clean and organized 
Requirements for Welding 
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
