Job Summary
Prepare and package sandwiches, salads, parfaits, and other food items for retail distribution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and package food items according to specifications.
- Cut fruits, vegetables, and meats using knives or slicing equipment safely.
- Label and inspect food for quality and contamination.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
- Store unused food properly and follow food rotation procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Requirements
