Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key client partnerships
while ensuring exceptional service delivery, workforce performance, and overall account
health. This role serves as the primary liaison between The Job Center and assigned
client accounts, overseeing recruiting execution, associate engagement, operational
alignment, and performance outcomes.
The Account Manager operates as a strategic partner to client leadership while driving
accountability, service consistency, and measurable results within the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Business Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Build strategic partnerships through a strong understanding of client operations,
workforce planning, and production goals
• Conduct regular onsite visits to maintain alignment and proactively address workforce
needs
• Present performance updates, workforce metrics, and service improvements to client
leadership
• Identify opportunities to expand services, increase share of wallet, and strengthen long
term partnerships
• Act as the senior escalation point for client concerns and workforce challenges
Workforce Strategy & Execution
• Oversee full cycle recruiting coordination to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of
open positions
• Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline aligned with client demand
• Monitor fill rates, attendance trends, retention, and associate performance
• Ensure onboarding, compliance documentation, and employment processes are
executed accurately
• Partner with recruiting teams to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes
• Drive redeployment efforts to maximize retention and workforce stability
Operational & Financial Accountability
• Monitor key performance indicators including revenue trends, gross margin impact,
turnover, and labor efficiency
• Contribute to forecasting and workforce planning to align staffing levels with client
production cycles

• Support expense awareness and operational efficiency within assigned accounts
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation within ATS and payroll systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and client standards
Team Collaboration & Leadership Presence
• Provide direction and performance feedback to recruiting and onsite support teams
aligned to the account
• Promote accountability, professionalism, and service excellence
• Foster a positive, results driven environment focused on continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, operations, or account management
• Experience supporting high volume workforce environments preferred
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with ATS, reporting systems, and workforce management tools

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary- $55k-$60k
• Performance based bonus eligibility
