We are hiring for a Bilingual Labor Coordinator  

The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Bilingual Labor Coordinator Operator on 1st for currently in Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.
 
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for a Bilingual Labor Coordinator   
  
  • Hourly wage: $18/ hr depending on experience
  • Shift: Monday-Friday 1st 7:30am-4:30pm 
  • Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO 
  • Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of a Bilingual Labor Coordinator  
   
– Proficiency in English/Spanish 
– Able to clearly explain directions, maintain a professional work environment with labor team and customers 
– Must be comfortable working outside and assisting in other general labor needs
– Following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
 
Requirements for a Bilingual Labor Coordinator   
  
  • Must be able to work in ALL weather conditions as we install all year long 
  • Must be able to read a tape measure 
  • Prior experience in construction yard, warehouse or fencing preferred but not necessary 
  • Ability to lift between 50-80 pounds 
  • Ability to remain in good attendance standing
