As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. JOB SUMMARY: The production technician performs a variety of tasks. These may include pouring concrete, finishing concrete, building forms, and removing finished walls from their forms onto a trailer for delivery. The tasks in which the production technician performs may require physical labor and the use of hand tools.

Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Production Tech:

Starts at $26.00 per hour base plus the $2.00 hourly attendance bonus
1st shift 7am-5:00 pm Mon-Fri
Eligibility for the work and win program- Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make daily deliveries throughout Northern Kentucky and Ohio.
Operate flatbed trucks equipped with boom lifts.
Valid Class A or B CDL with no restrictions.
Home daily – no overnight travel.
Monday through Friday schedule.
Typical start time is approximately 7:00 a.m. and drivers work until deliveries are completed for the day
