CNC Press Operator 
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st Shift for CNC Press Operator in the Woodlawn, OH area.  This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement! 
Compensation/Shift/Benefits of CNC Press Operator 
  • $20/hr pay higher depending on experience 
  • Monday – Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm
  • Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO 
  • Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of CNC Press Operator 
  • Operate CNC turret punch press equipment to manufacture metal components according to specifications. 
  • Set up machines, install tooling, and perform tool changes as needed. 
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings. 
  • Verify dimensions and quality of finished parts using measuring tools. 
  • Load and unload raw materials and completed parts safely. 
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. 
  • Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean. 
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies. 
  • Work closely with the fabrication team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Requirements of CNC Press Operator 
  • Previous experience operating a CNC turret punch press required. 
  • Experience with an Amada Aries preferred; experience with Amada, Strippit, Wiedemann, or Trumpf machines will also be considered. 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
