Coordinator – Planner
The Job Center is hiring a Coordinator – Planner for a manufacturing and warehouse facility in Ashville. This is a great opportunity for an experienced logistics professional with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Planner plays a key role in ensuring operations run efficiently, orders are processed accurately and on time, and warehouse teams have the work and resources they need.

Pay & Benefits
• $20.00/hour

Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders
• Resolve issues that interfere with the on-time completion of orders
• Communicate and escalate operational issues as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and work with operations to ensure inventory is properly allocated for outbound orders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse operations and streamline workflows
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Work with Client Services to address non-workable orders and resolve issues or discrepancies related to wave planning and order fulfillment
• Identify potential bottlenecks and resolve them before they escalate
• Serve as a point of contact for the operations team when problems arise with orders, 
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Extensive and demonstrable experience using Excel and SAP
• Experience with production and logistics processes, preferably in contract logistics
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands & Work Environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand, reach, stoop, and bend
• Must be able to bend, pull, push, lift, and navigate stairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to sit and perform data entry for extended periods of time
• Manufacturing environment with a bright, temperature-controlled office setting
