As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! Job Title: Corrugate/Trash Warehouse Associate
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm
Overtime: Required as needed

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Corrugate/Trash Warehouse Associates to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This is a full-time, hands-on position responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse by collecting, sorting, and disposing of corrugate, cardboard, trash, and other warehouse materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and remove corrugate, cardboard, trash, and other waste materials throughout the warehouse
Sort and organize corrugate and recyclable materials in designated areas
Operate trash and cardboard compactors or balers as trained and authorized
Transport materials using carts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment
Keep warehouse aisles, work areas, and designated disposal areas clean and organized
Monitor trash and corrugate areas and remove materials as needed
Follow proper procedures for recycling, waste disposal, and material handling
Lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds as required
Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and company procedures
Work overtime hours when required to meet operational demands

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods
Strong attention to safety and cleanliness
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
Willingness to work overtime as needed
