Customer Pickup Associate
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overtime: During peak seasons
Black Friday: Must be available to work

About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Pickup Associate to provide friendly, efficient experience for customers picking up their orders. You’ll work closely with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure orders are accurate, organized, and ready for pickup.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Verify customer names, order numbers, and order details
  • Locate and retrieve customer pickup orders
  • Confirm orders are complete and accurate
  • Help resolve missing items or order discrepancies
  • Organize and stage orders in the pickup area
  • Assist customers with safely loading orders into their vehicles
  • Complete pickup paperwork and system updates
  • Keep the pickup area clean, organized, and safe
  • Communicate with warehouse and customer service teams
  • Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements
  • English required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift and move customer orders
  • Team-oriented and willing to help where needed
  • Flexible to work additional hours during peak seasons
  • Must be available to work Black Friday
