What does it cost me?

As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. Currently seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Service Representative Position on 1st shift in the Florence, KY area.

Compensation and Benefits for the Customer Service Representative

• Unlimited $150 referral bonus for any new applicants you refer

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

Document customer contacts through our customer service database.
Use Mazak electrical and mechanical part documentation to assist customers to identify Mazak part numbers.
Provide customers with quotations including price and availability information.
Enter part and accessory orders providing confirmation to customers including shipping requirements.
Provide customers with status information on orders including shipping status and tracking information. Expedite and communicate with internal departments as needed.
Provide customers with information for returning parts for repair or restocking.
Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules.
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative

• 1st shift 10am-7:30pm M-Thur + Fridays

• High School Diploma / GED

• Must pass a 10 panel drug test

• Must be able to lift 30 llbs

• Must have reliable transportation
