This role is a versatile position supporting multiple areas of kitchen operation, including floor stock, dishwashing, and tray line service. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and maintain food, supplies, and inventory on designated floors (Floor Stock)
- Assist with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and service areas
- Prepare and assemble meal trays accurately on the tray line
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support kitchen operations as needed across departments
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

After training, the schedule will be as follows:

- Weekly Hours Average 32-40 hours per week. Rotating Schedule including 4-5 days in a row, 2-3 days off in a row. This position includes weekends and holidays: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, 10:30AM-7:00PM, 9:30AM-6:00PM
- Qualifications:
- Ability to read and speak English required
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically active tasks
- Previous food service or healthcare dietary experience is a plus, but not required
