General Labor – PTL – Pick and Pack
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st Shift for General Labor/Pick and Packer in the Fairfield, Ohio area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!
Compensation/Shift/Benefits of General Labor Pick and Pack
- 1st Shift $16/hr
- Monday – Friday 6:30AM – 3:00PM
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
- Paid weekly on Fridays
Responsibilities of General Labor – Pick and Packer
- Work within an assigned pick-and-pack zone along the sorter conveyor.
- Scan cartons as they arrive at the workstation.
- Follow scanner-directed instructions to process units accurately.
- Place units into the appropriate shipment containers.
- Maintain accuracy while working at a consistent and productive pace.
- Keep the work area organized and follow established safety expectations.
- Meet productivity expectations after completing training and becoming proficient in the role.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements of General Labor/Pick and Packer
- Ability to follow scanner-based work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive, fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and consistently follow established processes and safety requirements.
