Job Summary:
As a General Laborer (Floater), you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations. In this versatile position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of general labor tasks across different areas of our facility, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with material handling, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
– Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize inventory
– Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment
– Provide support to production teams as needed, lending a helping hand to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
– Adapt to changing priorities and work assignments, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute wherever needed
Qualifications:
– Experience working in a general warehouse or production environment
– Ability to work efficiently during the 1st shift
– Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
– Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills
Working Conditions:
This position will be based in our fast-paced manufacturing facility, which may involve physical demands such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating machinery. A safe and collaborative work environment is our top priority.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
