Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse and distribution center functions to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of products. This position supports daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, product assembly, inventory control, and RF scanning. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, follows safety and company procedures, and is committed to providing high-quality service through accurate, damage-free, and timely work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse functions, including order picking, packing, and product assembly.
- Accurately pick, handle, and prepare products for shipment according to customer and company requirements.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and other warehouse equipment to maintain compliance with the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory activities.
- Follow established company policies, procedures, and work instructions to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Handle products safely and efficiently to minimize damage and maintain product quality.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Work cooperatively and professionally with other warehouse associates, supervisors, and team members.
- Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, neat, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Support efficient warehouse operations while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse/distribution center environment and requires adherence to established safety procedures. The Warehouse Associate must be able to perform assigned duties efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
Schedule
Sunday-Wednesday 7am-5:30pm
