- M-F 6am -2:30pm

Responsibilities of Heavy Lift Operations Lead
- Lead the daily execution of Heavy Lift Operations and assigned special projects requiring the use of hoists.
- Assign daily tasks and production orders to operators within the Heavy Lift Operations area.
- Assist operators with inventory transactions and troubleshooting using expert knowledge of RF functions.
- Perform required data entry and maintain accurate production and inventory information.
- Communicate production status, inventory concerns, delays, and other issues to the Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Service team as needed.
- Ensure daily production goals and finished pallet run rates are met while maintaining accuracy and quality.Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements of Heavy Lift Operations Lead
- Sit-down forklift experience required.
- Warehouse, production, or material-handling experience required.
- Previous Lead or training experience preferred.
- Hoist or heavy-lifting equipment experience preferred.
