What does it cost me?

As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. General Labor – 2nd Shift

The Job Center is now hiring General Labor in Baxters Pack/Fill Room. This is a military food assembly company. Currently hiring full-time employees for 2nd Shift!

Compensation for General Labor:

2nd Shift: $15.75 per hour
Paid Weekly on Fridays
Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO

Schedule of General Labor:

2nd Shift: 3 pm – EOP pm Mon-Fri, some Saturdays and Sundays
Overtime Voluntary/Some Mandatory
Subject to Change since it’s based on production

Responsibilities of General Labor:

Filling, packing, stacking boxes w/ product. Sorting, bagging, sealing, checking for defects

Requirements of General Labor:

No Felonies in the Past 5 Years
Attention to detail
Steel Toe Boots
Preferred packing experience
General Manufacturing Practices: NO NAILS, NO POLISH /LASHES/PIERCINGS etc. REGARDLESS OF MASK) No water on lines. No tank tops, muscle shirts, no shorts, no ankles showing, No shaggy pants, no jeans with holes/ripped jeans.
