Lead/Trainer The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Lead/Trainers on 1st shift in Florence, KY. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement! Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Lead/Trainer – $19/hr – 8:30am-5pm Sun-Fri – Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO – Eligibility for the Work and Win program -Rent/Mortgage paid for a year – Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus Responsibilities of Lead/Trainer – Train new associates that come in – Conduct meetings – Evaluate associates work – Must be able to work with little to no supervision Requirements of the Lead/Trainer – Must be able to lift up to 50lbs – Must pass Drug Test/Background Apply onsite at 7283 Turfway Rd Florence, KY 41042.
