As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. Machine Operator

Cincinnati, Ohio

Full-Time, Contract to Hire
$16 per hour to start – 1st shift

First shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include:

Operating production machinery
Loading and unloading materials
Inspecting finished parts
Using tape measures and basic measuring tools
Making machine adjustments
Learning setups and tooling changes
Following safety and quality procedures

We are looking for candidates who are:

Reliable and mechanically inclined
Comfortable with physical work
Willing to learn and grow
Comfortable using tools and basic measurements
Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Candidates from automotive, warehouse, construction, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, and other hands-on backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Once hired by CMP, benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, quarterly profit sharing, attendance bonuses, overtime opportunities, and skill-based pay increases. Advancement potential once hired on up to approximately $26 per hour
