Position Details for Machine Operator
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (rotating schedule)
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Unlimited referral bonuses — earn $150 for every person you refer!
Responsibilities for Machine Operator:
- Place coil springs onto the production line.
- Inspect products for damage and quality issues.
- Load materials and using manufacturing machinery.
- Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and tooling changes as needed.
- Read, use, and understand measuring devices.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow production procedures and communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements for Machine Operator:
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical coordination and ability to lift and move products.
- Ability to use measuring devices and handle multiple tasks.
- Steel-toe shoes are required.
- Reliable transportation required.
