The Job Center is now hiring Machine Operators in Sharonville, OH. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join the team on 3rd shift. Compensation of Machine Operator:
- 3rd Shift: $21.50 per hour
- Paid weekly every Friday
- Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
Schedule of Machine Operator:
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday–Friday
- Overtime opportunities available on Fridays
- Full-time, consistent schedule
Responsibilities of Machine Operator:
- Operate and monitor automatic packaging and filling equipment, including bottle unscramblers, fillers, cappers, labelers, and case sealers
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy, including labels, caps, bottles, quantities, and packaging
- Complete required production, quality, and inspection records accurately
- Perform basic machine changeovers, adjustments, and replacement of simple wear parts
- Package and label finished products while maintaining accurate production counts
- Place finished products on pallets, displays, or trays as required
- Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe
Requirements of Machine Operator:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Comfortable performing frequent and repetitive lifting and movements
- Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
