The Role:
As a Warehousing & Distribution – Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's logistics operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for a variety of material handling and warehousing tasks, including:
– Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory
– Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
– Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks
– Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
– Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
– Proficiency in the English language
– Experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling (preferred)
– Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
– Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
This is a contract position with a target pay rate of $17 per hour.
