Warehouse Associate / Material Handler – 1st Shift. Positions focus is on Picking/Packing and use of RF Scanner!

Location: Charlestown, IN

1st Shift Options:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $16.36 per hour


Join the CTDI team through The Job Center! We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to work in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse environment. Basic computer skills required.


Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, sort, and ship products
  • Stock and organize inventory
  • Label and prepare materials for shipment
  • Meet daily production and quality standards
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications:
  • Warehouse experience preferred, but not required
  • Reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand throughout the shift
