What is the Job Center? We are a light industrial staffing company that is dedicated to changing lives! We connect you with companies that are ready to hire. As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. The Job Center is Hiring for CTDI in Charlestown, IN

Warehouse Associate / Picker/Packer/ RF Scanner/ Material Handler – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Charlestown, IN

1st Shift Options:
Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $16.36 per hour

2nd Shift:
Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM – 12 AM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Join the CTDI team through The Job Center! We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to work in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse environment. Basic computer skills required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pick, pack, sort, and ship products
Stock and organize inventory
Label and prepare materials for shipment
Meet daily production and quality standards
Maintain a safe and organized work area

QUALIFICATIONS:

Warehouse experience preferred, but not required
Reliable with strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills for entering information
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand throughout the shift
