The Job Center is Hiring for Reach Truck Operators / Forklift Drivers- Direct Hire

Location: Shepherdsville KY

Shifts Available:
Day Shift (A Shift): Sun – Tues + every other Sat 
Day Shift (B Shift): Wed – Fri + every other Sat 
 2nd Shift: Mon – Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay: Up to $20.50 per hour

Retention Bonus: $500

Join The Job Center! We are looking for dependable, experienced individuals.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate Reach Truck / Stand-Up Forklift safely
  • Perform warehouse operations, material handling, and order picking
  • Load/unload pallets and move inventory
  • Work in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment
  • Maintain productivity with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year Reach Truck or Forklift experience REQUIRED
  • Experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics preferred
  • Ability to stand, lift, and work 10–12 hour shifts
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail and safety
  • English Required
