The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Order Parts Picker on 1st for currently in Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for an Order Parts Picker
- Hourly wage: $18/ hr
- Shift: Monday-Friday 1st 8am-4:30pm
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of an Order Parts Picker
– Package and prepare fencing materials (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, steel) for installation crews.
– Be able to tell the basic differences between bolts and screws and feel comfortable with tape measures.
– Can quality check and spot the difference between a 2 in screw and a 3.5 in screw.
–Maintain accurate inventory, receive and verify deliveries, and prepare orders based on work schedules.
– Keep the yard and shop organized, clean, and safe while following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
–Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and clients; report safety hazards or project concerns promptly.
Requirements for Yard Crew
- Prior experience in construction yard, warehouse or fencing preferred
- Ability to lift between 50-80 pounds
- Ability to keep up with a fast pace changing environment
- Ability to remain in good attendance standing
