What does it cost me?

As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. The Job Center is Hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Louisville, KY

Warehouse Replenishment Associate – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift. Positions focus on replenishing inventory, operating a Cherry Picker, and moving products throughout the warehouse!

Location: Riverport area

1st Shift:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

2nd Shift:
Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $18.50 per hour

3rd Shift:
Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay: $18.75 per hour

Join the warehouse team through The Job Center! We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position focuses on replenishing inventory and operating a Cherry Picker to keep products stocked and ready for order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

Operate a Cherry Picker to retrieve and move products safely
Replenish warehouse inventory and stock designated locations
Move products to maintain inventory levels in picking areas
Use RF scanners to track inventory and product locations
Maintain accurate inventory and follow replenishment procedures
Meet daily production and quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:

Previous Cherry Picker experience preferred
Warehouse experience preferred
RF Scanner experience is a plus
Reliable with strong attention to detail
Ability to work safely at heights
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift
Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
