What is the Job Center? We are a light industrial staffing company that is dedicated to changing lives! We connect you with companies that are ready to hire. Whether you are looking for warehouse, distribution, forklift, or other general labor positions, we are here to help you find a job where you can make an impact. As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. Shipping Clerk

Brief Description
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st shift for Shipping Clerk positions in the Fairfield, OH area. This is a great opportunity for a temp-to-hire placement.

Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Shipping Clerk
$17.00 an hour
Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities of Shipping Clerk
Prepare, verify, and process outgoing shipments.
Use RF scanners, computers, or tablets to track and confirm orders.
Maintain accurate shipping records and paperwork.
Stage, label, and organize products for shipment.
Assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse support as needed.
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements of Shipping Clerk
Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
Must be able to lift 20–70 lbs on a consistent basis.
Must be comfortable using a computer, tablet, or RF scanner.
Able to communicate in English.
Must be dependable and able to work the scheduled shift.
