The Job Center is now hiring Packaging / Tape Department Associates in Sharonville, OH! We are currently hiring temp to hire employees for 1st shift. No experience required! This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced production environment.
Compensation of Packaging / Tape Department Associate:
- 1st Shift: $16.00 per hour
- Paid weekly on Fridays
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
Schedule of Packaging / Tape Department Associate:
- 1st Shift: 5:45 PM – 4:15 PM, Monday-Thursday
- Overtime offered on Fridays
Responsibilities of Packaging / Tape Department Associate:
- Package and prepare products according to the production schedule.
- Work in the Tape Department to package, organize, and prepare products for the next stage of production or shipment.
- Inspect products and packaging for defects, damage, or incorrect labeling.
- Place finished products into boxes, cartons, or other required packaging.
- Seal, tape, and secure boxes and packages according to established procedures.
- Assemble boxes, cartons, and other packaging materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate product quantities and ensure items are packaged correctly.
- Move, stack, and organize packaged products throughout the work area.
Requirements of Packaging / Tape Department Associate:
- Must be able to stand for the full shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a continuous basis.
- Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
