Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.55/hour

Job Summary
The Job Center Staffing is currently hiring Equipment Testers for 1st shift in Aurora, CO. This role is responsible for performing automated electronic testing on set-top box (STB) equipment to ensure proper functionality and diagnose issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with electronic testing tools and warehouse systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of electronically automated tests on STB equipment 
  • Determine whether units meet functional specifications or identify causes of failure 
  • Operate electronic testing instruments and equipment 
  • Test returned and outgoing equipment orders 
  • Accurately document test results and findings 
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Prior experience with order picking preferred 
  • Basic computer proficiency 
  • Experience using RF scanners or handheld devices 
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English 
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail 
  • Excellent attendance and reliability 
  • Good communication skills
