The Job Center is now hiring Loader/ Unloaders in the Fairfield Area!
Compensation of Loader/ Unloader:
- 1st Shift: $16.00 per hour
- 6:30am – 3pm Monday-Friday (May have Mandatory Overtime)
- Paid weekly on Fridays
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
Responsibilities of Loader/ Unloader:
- Load/ Unload trucks and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
- Manually handle and move products from incoming shipments.
- Scan incoming products using an RF scanner to accurately track inventory.
- Palletize products and build stable, organized pallets for storage or shipment.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items are placed in the correct locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements of Loader/ Unloader:
- Ability to lift up to 35-50lbs consistently. Requires repetitive motions for entire shift
- Ability to stand and walk throughout 8-12 hour shift.
- Steel Toes shoes required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
