The Job Center is Hiring in Shepherdsville KY – South Preston Highway. Great opportunity to work for one of the worlds largest logistic companies! 1st Shift position: Monday – Thursday: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM plus overtime as needed.
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities of Warehouse Lead:
- Lead and support warehouse associates with daily operations.
- Coordinate workflow and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Train and assist associates as needed.
- Monitor daily production and quality standards.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements of Warehouse Lead:
- Previous warehouse or lead experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have good attendance.
- Must have high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work OT as needed.
