What does it cost me?

As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. Warehouse Lead

The Job Center Staffing is hiring on 1st shift for a Warehouse Lead in the Shepherdsville, KY area.

Shift for Warehouse Lead
Monday – Thursday, 4:00am – 2:30pm + OT as needed

Compensation/Benefits for Warehouse Lead
$21/hr

Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
-Eligibility for the Work and Win program

–Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities of Warehouse Lead
-Oversee daily warehouse operations and team productivity
-Will be working in/near coolers and freezers – must be comfortable in this environment
-Pick and pack consumer products as needed
-Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe
-Follow all company instructions, safety policies, and rules
-Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

Requirements of Warehouse Lead

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Previous warehouse lead experience preferred
Must be able to stand for duration of the shift
Strong attendance and reliability
High attention to detail
Ability to work overtime as needed
Meet company hiring criteria
