Material Handler( warehouse workers) – Mid Shift (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday–Friday)
 Location: Charleston, IN
 Pay: $18.00 per hour

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a consistent weekday schedule? We're hiring Material Handlers to join our warehouse team in Charleston, IN. If you enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and taking pride in quality work, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
  • Package, unpack, sort, stage, pick, and ship materials
  • Put away inventory and prepare products for production
  • Open boxed inventory and stock flow racks
  • Walk the flow rack to organize and replenish materials
  • Wrap cords neatly and securely to prevent tangles
  • Label, tag, and organize products for easy identification
  • Accurately complete paperwork and electronic records
  • Meet daily production and quality goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or production experience
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
Education

  • Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Frequently use hands for grasping, picking, wrapping, and handling materials
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds
  • Reach overhead and outward as needed
  • Work in a warehouse environment
