Our Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest: Creativity, Teamwork, and Fall Fun!
Every October, our teams get a chance to show off their creativity with our annual pumpkin carving contest! It’s a fun tradition that brings our teams together, encourages everyone to think outside the box, and adds a little extra excitement to the fall season.
From creative designs to pumpkins that show off each team’s personality, there’s always something fun to see. The contest gives our employees a chance to step away from their usual routines, work together on something different, and enjoy a seasonal tradition with their coworkers.
More Than Just Pumpkins
We believe strong teams are built on more than the work we do every day. They’re built through relationships, shared experiences, and opportunities to connect with one another.
Our annual pumpkin carving contest is one way we bring that to life. Whether teams are brainstorming ideas, bringing a design to life, or encouraging others to vote for their finished pumpkin, everyone gets a chance to be involved. As teams submit their pumpkins and vote for their favorites on Facebook, everyone gets to see the creativity and personality that make our people unique.
