The Job Center Staffing is hiring for 3rd shift for Extrusion Operator in West Chester. This is a great opportunity for Temp to Hire.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Machine Operator
– Hourly wage: $19
– Shift: Monday- Friday 12pm-8pm
– Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of Machine Operator
· Must be able to properly set up, string up, and operate bunching machines to twist copper wire.
· Stages reels of wire, loads payoffs, pressure welds wires together, and removes completed reels for the next process.
· Monitors machine performance and performs periodic quality check.
· Reads computer run schedules, completes production targets, logs downtime in the OHM system.
Requirements for Machine Operator
· Experience with machine setup and operation in a manufacturing environment
· Ability to follow production schedules and quality standards
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pulling, bending, and reaching
· Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and teamwork skills
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
