An Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels within a warehouse or distribution center while safely operating equipment such as a reach truck and cherry picker.
Responsibilities
- Operate reach truck and cherry picker forklifts safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
- Stock, move, and organize products in warehouse locations
- Pick and replenish inventory for orders and production
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies
- Load and unload pallets as needed
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
Requirements
- Experience operating a reach truck and cherry picker
- Forklift certification preferred
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer and scanning skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
