The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st  & 2nd SHift for Equipment Operator positions in the Fairfield, OH area. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity.
Compensation / Shift / Benefits
  • $20-20.50 an hour
  • 1st shift 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri; 2nd shift 3:00p-12:00a Mon-Fri
  • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
  • Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of Equipment Operator
  • Operate cherry picker, reach truck, and stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
  • Pick, move, stage, and organize product throughout the warehouse
  • Use RF scanners to track and verify inventory
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
Requirements of Equipment Operator
  • Must have cherry picker, reach truck, and stand-up forklift experience
  • Previous warehouse experience required
  • Must be able to lift 20–70 lbs on a consistent basis
  • Able to communicate in English
