Possible weekend work based on production needs Work Environment Cooler area maintained at approximately 32-34 degrees F Position Overview The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily production operations and ensuring dough trays are properly stacked and organized in the designated cooler area. This role requires the ability to work in a cold environment and maintain an efficient, safe, and organized work area. Key Responsibility • Ensure dough trays are stacked properly and safely in the cooler area. • Maintain organization and workflow within the cooler area. • Follow production schedules and workplace safety expectations. • Be prepared to work in temperatures ranging from approximately 32-34 degrees F. Shift Details 1st Shift 3:45 AM – 2:00 PM May extend until approximately 4:00 PM depending on dough production. 2nd Shift 5:45 PM – 4:00 AM Start time may be as early as 4:00 PM depending on dough production. Schedule Note: Regular schedule is Sunday through Thursday. Weekend work may be required based on production needs.
