What does it cost me?

As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. Warehouse Associate
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Warehouse Associate positions on 1st shift in the Erlanger, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!

Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Warehouse Associate
● $23.00/Hour
● 9a-7:30p Sunday-Wednesday
● Overtime Schedule: as needed
● Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
● Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
● Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus

Responsibilities of Warehouse Associate
● Loading and unloading of delivery trucks
● Move and store food and other products within the distribution center.
● Receiving incoming products, checking for accuracy, loading trucks for maximum delivery accuracy, and completing load verifications with handheld scanner.
● Assist the Production Department as needed

Requirements of Warehouse Associate
● Cannot miss any days within first week
● Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
● Heavy pushing/pulling of product
● Work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery
● Must bring photo ID to start
