We are hiring for a Welder
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Welder on 1st for currently in Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for a Welder
- Hourly wage: $19-$22/ hr depending on experience
- Shift: Monday-Friday 1st 8am-4:30pm
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of a Welder
– Wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, steel familiar with different types of materials.
– mechanically inclined, welding prior experience
– Basic understanding of how gears and motors work
– Following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Requirements for a Welder
- Must be able to work in ALL weather conditions as we install all year long
- Must be able to read blueprints and read a tape measure
- Prior experience in construction yard, warehouse or fencing preferred
- Ability to lift between 50-80 pounds
- Ability to keep up with a fast pace changing environment
- Ability to remain in good attendance standing
